My front bushes
went bad a few hundred miles ago. So I chose to replace them with
the powerflex ones. Also replaced front anti roll mounts.
Results: Steering wheel feels so much solid and controllable, ride
is smooth even at 140mph. All good!! Tomorrow car is going for
geometry check.
***EDIT***
I didn't consider the purpose of the grease that bushes came with
much of importance but as correctly pointed by fellow forum member
M3 Compact...
"is to stress the importance of using the 'special grease'/copaslip
between the purple part of the bush and the black part. This is
where the different design works, by allowing the inner bush to
rotate inside the outer bush."
In simple words, no grease = no good.

Car at the mechanic

mmmm the bushes

Splasher removed. Water pump was leaking I know. Replaced it
afterwards

Driver's side wishbone

Passenger's side wishbone

Bolts removed..
Used some WD40 and a hammer to get them off

It was a nightmare to remove that bolt..

closer..

Control Arms with bushes and carrier removed

The old bush is pressed out although you can do it without removing
the control arm, just the carrier

Comparison.. Powerflex Vs BMW

Powerflex is pressed in. Copaslip grease is applied as per
instructions

Back on the car!!!

Completing with the antiroll mounts. Much stiffer than the BMW ones.
Left: BMW, Right: Powerflex

Old ones for removal. Easy job. Only 4 nuts (2 per side)

Antiroll bar hanging over

Almost done.. Need a little force to open the mounts. Grease applied
here as well
