Old manifold complete. We need Throttle body, a couple of hoses and Idle valve. DISA is no longer used

Idle Valve

Throttle butterfly

Moving here to discover that we are missing 1 hose that connects idle valve to new manifold. Rush back home to look for the missing piece

Pet wondering what I am doing in a FIAT

The missing connecting hose.

Rest of the parts are mounted.

Mounting the new pullies. 1 bolt of tensioner and another bolt of alternator will be replaced with ESS supplied bolts with spacers.

Some remarks: The shroud that sits between bumper and a/c radiator has to be slightly modified to accept the heat exchanger.

The OEM bracket that holds the idle valve in place needs a little modification to match with the holes on the ESS manifold. ESS explaned that there was a mismatch in some models. Nothing a drill can't fix.
